📌 My Working Principles
✔ No free sketches
I don’t create test concepts for free. If you need a brainstorming session at the start of the project, it is billed at an hourly rate (usually 1–1.5 hours is enough to define the direction).
✔ 50% upfront payment per stage
I believe this is a fair percentage that reflects mutual trust between us.
✔ Revisions and iterations
I enjoy collaborative exploration, and I welcome feedback. The project includes 3 iterations or 3 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate (I will notify you when we exceed the limit, and we can decide whether to continue refining or finalize the result).
✔ Urgent projects = +50% fee
If you need a fast turnaround, that’s possible, but urgency requires an additional fee.
✔ Working without a strict brief
I love open-ended projects, but if there is no defined brief or it evolves during the process, please be prepared that the project may take longer and cost more.
✔ I work in waves, not on a fixed schedule
I immerse myself in projects intensely and in bursts, rather than working at a steady pace every day. If you require regular updates on a fixed schedule, my workflow might not be the best fit.
✔ Deadlines & workflow
I respect deadlines, but creativity is unpredictable. If I need more time, I will notify you in advance.
✔ Trust in the process
If you need to monitor every step, we may not be the right fit. I value creative freedom and trust.
✔ I don’t just create objects—I build entire worlds around them
I care not only about the product but also its meaning, story, and impact. If you're looking for someone to just "make it look nice," another designer might be a better fit.
✔ Open, human communication
I prefer working with people who appreciate direct and open dialogue rather than purely formal interactions.
✔ Discount for public recognition
If the company credits me as the designer (on the website, in media, or marketing materials) or places my logo on the product, I offer a discount on the project fee.
